For more than two decades, I’ve built a career at the intersection of live event production, technical direction, sales, and operations—leading teams, shaping experiences, and delivering results that exceed client expectations. From retail floors to high-stakes corporate stages, my work has always been about people, process, and performance.

I currently serve as Senior Production Manager at EideCom a national event production company based in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area. Here I lead large-scale, high-impact event productions for corporate, nonprofit, and organizational clients. In this role, I oversee end-to-end event execution—from pre-production planning to onsite technical direction—ensuring flawless delivery of complex audiovisual designs. I partner closely with clients and creative teams to translate vision into reality, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a collaborative approach to produce events that inspire and engage.

Previously, I was Director of Event Production at Five-Star AudioVisual in Newport Beach, California, where I managed luxury-level AV operations for a premier resort property. There, I cultivated strong partnerships with hotel leadership, drove revenue growth through competitive in-house services, and led a talented AV team focused on precision, skill development, and exceptional client service.

For five years, I also operated independently as an Event Producer, designing and managing events of every scale—from corporate conferences and trade shows to fundraising galas and virtual experiences. Primarily based in Los Angeles, this position brought me across the country and around the globe. My work in this capacity combined creative vision with operational discipline, resulting in measurable boosts in attendance, engagement, and donor contributions.

I held leadership roles that built my foundation in both sales and operations. As Project Manager at Pro Audio Video, I delivered complex AV projects across industries, managing budgets, client relationships, and technical execution. At Foreign Affairs Media, I served as Director of Operations for a digital marketing and live event agency, guiding a team of more than 40 and driving consistent year-over-year growth. My tenure as Operations Manager at Broadened Horizons Inc. honed my skills in event management, trade show design, and public relations, while expanding my expertise in specialized technology solutions.

Before my deep dive into AV and event production, I developed my leadership and operational management skills in property management and retail.

Across every position, I’ve remained driven by the same guiding principles: lead with integrity, communicate with clarity, deliver with precision, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact.
